Located just 40 miles north of San Francisco, these counties boast diverse terroirs, allowing for a variety of exceptional wines, including this refreshing rosé. Grenache takes center stage in this blend. Harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes are immediately pressed to preserve their delicate flavors. Fermentation occurs in cool stainless steel tanks, helping to retain the wine's natural acidity and character. After fermentation, the wine undergoes racking and blending, ensuring a harmonious balance. A touch of lees adds richness and texture to the finished wine.
