Winemaker's notes: Crafted from California's Sonoma and Mendocino counties, this vibrant chardonnay blend isn't messing around. This wine is harvested at peak ripeness, ensuring the delicate characteristics are preserved. The grapes undergo direct pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to keep the crispness in, and the oaky notes out. This process allows the wine to retain its natural acidity and bright personality, resulting in a refreshingly crisp white wine.
